By using our platform, you agree not to develop, test, or deploy agents intended for malicious activities, including but not limited to ransomware, unauthorized data exfiltration, or the bypass of established safety guardrails.
API access is subject to strict rate limits defined by your service tier. Attempts to circumvent these limits or "flood" the semantic firewall may result in automatic temporary suspension of your API credentials to protect system-wide integrity.
While AgentSoap provides industrial-grade security, you acknowledge that no security system is absolute. We are not liable for losses resulting from advanced zero-day prompt injections, social engineering of human-in-the-loop flows, or infrastructure failures outside of the AgentSoap environment.
We reserve the right to terminate access to any account found in violation of these terms or engaging in behavior that threatens the stability of the AgentSoap ecosystem.
